You must report the technical issue within 24 hours of your purchase. Late reports are not eligible.

Attempt Troubleshooting
You must work with our support team to attempt to resolve the issue. This includes following troubleshooting steps, providing requested information, and testing potential fixes.
Confirmed Critical Bug
Our technical team must confirm that the issue is a critical, widespread bug affecting all users, NOT a user-specific configuration or compatibility problem.
Unable to Fix Within 72 Hours
We must be unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your initial report. Most issues are fixed much faster than this.
4.2 Refund Process
If ALL above conditions are met:
- Refunds are at our sole discretion - we may offer alternatives
- We may provide a license extension instead of monetary refund
- We may offer access to a different product of equal value
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Your license will be permanently revoked upon refund
In practice, this exception is extremely rare. Our software is extensively tested, and most "technical issues" are actually user configuration errors, system incompatibility, or misunderstanding of features.
5. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund
NO REFUNDS Will Be Given For:
- Change of Mind: Buyer's remorse or deciding you don't want the product

- Found Cheaper Alternative: Finding another bot or better pricing elsewhere
- Didn't Read Descriptions: Not understanding what you were buying
- Testing/Comparing: Buying to test against other bots
5.1 Technical Issues That Don't Qualify
The following technical issues do NOT qualify for refunds:
- Windows updates interfering with software
- Antivirus blocking or quarantining bot files
- System not meeting minimum requirements
- User-specific configuration problems
- Network firewall blocking connections
- Game client version incompatibilities
- Temporary server maintenance or downtime
5.2 Game-Related Issues
We are NOT responsible for and do NOT refund due to:

7. Chargeback Policy

FILING A CHARGEBACK IS CONSIDERED FRAUD AND THEFT OF SERVICES

- No Future Service: You can NEVER purchase from us again
Legal Actions
- Debt Collection: Original amount + chargeback fees ($15-$100) sent to collections
- Legal Action: We will pursue legal action for fraud and breach of contract
- Fraud Database: Your information shared with fraud prevention networks
- Credit Impact: Unpaid debt may be reported to credit bureaus
