1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using albionfishbot.com (the "Website") and purchasing any bot licenses or digital products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and GARIPFSH ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
By clicking "Purchase" or "Agree", you explicitly accept these Terms & Conditions including our NO REFUNDS policy.
2. License Grant & Restrictions
2.1 License Scope
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our bot software for the duration specified in your purchase (weekly, monthly, or lifetime). This license is personal to you and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.
2.2 Permitted Use
- Use the bot software on unlimited computers and game accounts (no device restrictions)
- Receive automatic updates during your active license period
- Access customer support via Discord
- Configure and customize bot settings for personal use
2.3 Prohibited Activities
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code
- Redistribution: Sharing, selling, or distributing the software or license keys
- Commercial Resale: Reselling access to the bot without authorized reseller status
- Circumventing Protection: Bypassing license validation or security measures
- Malicious Use: Using the bot for illegal activities or harassment
Violation Consequences
Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate license termination, account ban, and potential legal action. No refunds will be issued for terminated licenses.
3. Digital Goods & Instant Delivery
3.1 Nature of Product
All products sold on this Website are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to your purchased license key via your account dashboard. There is no physical product, and delivery is instantaneous.
3.2 Instant Access
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, you waive your right to withdrawal as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and similar consumer protection laws worldwide. By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that:
- You are purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately
- You consent to immediate delivery and waive any withdrawal period
- Once the license key is delivered, the transaction is final and complete
- You understand that digital goods are exempt from standard refund policies
4. NO REFUNDS Policy
STRICT NO REFUNDS - READ CAREFULLY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We operate a STRICT NO REFUNDS policy for all purchases. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you will NOT receive a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
4.1 No Refunds For:
- Change of Mind: Buyer's remorse or decision not to use the product
- Incompatibility: System requirements not met or software conflicts
- User Error: Incorrect configuration, setup mistakes, or lack of technical knowledge
- Game Bans: Bans or suspensions from Albion Online (see section 9.3)
- Feature Expectations: Mismatched expectations about bot capabilities
- Internet Issues: Connection problems or ISP-related issues
- Performance: Bot performance varies based on your system and game conditions
- Expired Licenses: No refunds after license expires (weekly/monthly)
4.2 Legal Basis for No Refunds
Our NO REFUNDS policy is legally valid under:
- EU Digital Content Directive Article 16(m): Consumers waive withdrawal rights when digital content is delivered immediately with their prior consent
- UK Consumer Rights Act 2015: Digital content downloaded immediately is exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period
- US State Laws: Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered
4.3 Only Exception - Technical Failure
The ONLY circumstance where we may consider a refund request is if our software is fundamentally broken and completely non-functional for ALL users, AND:
- You report the issue within 24 hours of purchase
- You provide detailed technical evidence (screenshots, error logs)
- Our support team confirms the issue is on our end
- We are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours
Even in this scenario, refunds are at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to offer license extensions or alternative solutions instead of monetary refunds.
BEFORE PURCHASING: Test our bot through our authorized resellers who may offer trial options, watch our demonstration videos, and join our Discord to ask questions. Once you purchase, there are NO refunds.
5. Chargeback & Fraud Policy
CHARGEBACKS = PERMANENT BAN + LEGAL ACTION
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid transaction is considered FRAUD and will result in severe consequences. We take chargebacks extremely seriously.
5.1 Chargeback Consequences
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your digital product, we will:
- Immediate License Termination: All your licenses will be permanently revoked
- Permanent Account Ban: Your account, email, and IP address will be blacklisted
- HWID Ban: Your computer hardware ID will be banned from our services
- Reseller Ban: If you are a reseller, your reseller account will be terminated
- Legal Action: We will pursue legal action for fraud and breach of contract
- Debt Collection: Original purchase amount plus chargeback fees ($15-$100) will be sent to collections
- Public Record: Your information will be shared with fraud prevention databases
- No Future Service: You will NEVER be able to purchase from us again, even with different accounts
5.2 Valid Dispute Process
If you believe there is a legitimate issue with your purchase (unauthorized charge, duplicate charge, etc.), you MUST contact us FIRST before filing any chargeback:
- Email us at support@albionfishbot.com with your transaction details
- Provide evidence of the issue (transaction ID, screenshots, etc.)
- Give us 48 hours to investigate and respond
- We will resolve legitimate issues quickly and fairly
5.3 Fraudulent Activity
We actively monitor for fraudulent activity including:
- Stolen credit cards or payment methods
- Use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent bans
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions
- Sharing license keys or reselling without authorization
Detected fraud will result in immediate ban, license revocation, and reporting to law enforcement and payment processors.
REMEMBER: Filing a chargeback is NOT a refund method. It is fraud when you received the digital product as described. Contact us first if you have any legitimate concerns.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe
- Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, and other supported coins)
- Bank transfers and alternative payment methods
- Reseller credit balances
6.2 Pricing & Currency
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars). Prices may vary by reseller and may be displayed in local currencies. Currency conversion is handled by payment processors and may include conversion fees.
6.3 License Duration & Renewal
- Weekly Licenses: Valid for 7 days from activation, no auto-renewal
- Monthly Licenses: Valid for 30 days from activation, no auto-renewal
- Lifetime Licenses: Valid indefinitely as long as our service operates
We do NOT offer automatic renewals or subscriptions. You must manually purchase a new license when yours expires.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect existing active licenses, only new purchases.
7. User Account & Responsibilities
7.1 Account Creation
To purchase and use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
7.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for securing your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain account security.
7.3 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase our Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
8. Account Termination
8.1 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and license access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or chargebacks
- Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
- Sharing or reselling licenses without authorization
- Reverse engineering or circumventing security measures
- Any activity we deem harmful to our business or users
8.2 No Refunds on Termination
If your account is terminated for violations, you will NOT receive any refund for remaining license time or unused credits. All payments are forfeited.
8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Account closure does NOT entitle you to any refund for active licenses or remaining time.
9. Disclaimers & Risk Warnings
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
Our bot software is a third-party automation tool for Albion Online. Use of this software violates Albion Online's Terms of Service and may result in account bans. By purchasing and using our software, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
9.1 No Warranties
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties that the software will remain undetected by anti-cheat systems
- Warranties about software performance, results, or outcomes
9.2 Game Updates & Compatibility
Albion Online updates may temporarily or permanently break bot functionality. We strive to update our software quickly, but we make NO GUARANTEE about:
- How long updates will take after game patches
- Whether features will remain functional after updates
- Compatibility with future game versions
No refunds will be issued due to game updates, temporary downtime, or feature changes.
9.3 Ban Risk & Detection
While we implement anti-detection measures and have maintained a strong safety record, we CANNOT GUARANTEE that you will not be banned. Factors affecting detection risk include:
- Your in-game behavior and bot usage patterns
- Game developer anti-cheat improvements
- Player reports and manual investigations
- Your account history and playtime
NO REFUNDS will be issued if your Albion Online account is banned. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of using automation software.
9.4 Third-Party Game
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sandbox Interactive (Albion Online developers). Albion Online is a trademark of Sandbox Interactive. Our software is an independent third-party tool.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific license in question.
10.2 Excluded Damages
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- Loss of game accounts, characters, items, or progress
- Loss of profits, income, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or software corruption
- Emotional distress or reputational harm
- Costs of substitute services or products
- Any damages beyond the purchase price
10.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GARIPFSH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights (including Albion Online's ToS)
- Any fraudulent or illegal activity
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
For significant changes affecting your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or Discord announcements.
